Registration as an Exhibitor
The services relating to the various sponsoring and exhibitor categories are defined in the Sponsors & Exhibitors Opportunities-document.
The General Contractual Conditions are regulated in the IPS User Forum 2022 – Exhibitors‘ Agreement. Please read this document carefully – by signing it, you accept the stipulations and general conditions made therein in their entirety. Please note that the IPS User Forum 2022 – Exhibitors‘ Agreement – Template is bilingual. The contract is therefore completed in English or German.
Step 01 – Send a „sponsorship/exhibitor request“ by e-mail to the event organizer.
Use the e-mail address vienna@IPS-UF.com for this purpose.
Step 02 – Sending of the „IPS User Forum 2022 – Exhibitors‘ Agreement“ by the event organizer
Step 03 – Signing the „IPS User Forum 2022 – Exhibitors‘ Agreement“ by the interested company.
Step 04 – Invoicing.
All sponsors and exhibitors will receive the invoice from the event organizer (and not through the registration platform for participants).
Step 05a – Registration of free participants.
Register your free participant(s) by sending an e-mail to vienna@IPS-UF.com (there is NO further request by the event organizer).
Step 05b – Publication of basic data of sponsors/exhibitors.
Step 05c – Additional data for Key-Sponsors and Premium-Sponsors

If you want to participate in the event as a KEY-Sponsor, please send your application to vienna@IPS-UF.com. The conditions of the key sponsors will be agreed individually with the event organizer.
Exhibition space is open to all companies offering e-business products and services or solutions and IPS Engineering Services in the context of Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Integrated Lifecycle Support (ILS).

Registration and fees for PREMIUM-Sponsors

This fee for PREMIUM-Sponsors incl. the participation fee for three complimentary attendees.

- exhibitor fee (early bird): 3.800 €uro
EARLY BIRD – Registration & Payment until July 15th, 2022 - exhibitor fee (regulard rate): 4.800 €uro
Registration & Payment from July, 16th until September 30th, 2022
This exhibtor fee for „Exhibitors – Advanced Package“ incl. the participation fee for two complimentary attendees.
Registration and fees for „Exhibitors – Standard Package“
- exhibitor fee (early bird): 2.800 €uro

Registration & Payment from July, 16th until September 30th, 2022
This exhibtor fee for „Exhibitors – Standard Package“ incl. the participation fee for one complimentary attendee.
CANCELLATION of registration / exhibition fees
- For cancellations until/on 15 June 2022 a handling fee of EUR 100,- will be charged.
- For cancellations between 16 June 2022 and 15 August 2022 50% will be refunded.
- We regret that refunds cannot be given for cancellations made after 16 August 2022.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to ips-uf@austropa.at (for attendee registration) or vienna@ips-uf.com (for sponsoring or exhibition).
- Cancellations are only valid if confirmed by the conference organizer. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No-shows do not entitle to refunds.
- In case of not showing up, for whatever reason, there is no entitlement to a refund.
